Employee Owned Trust (EOT) at YND holds all of the Company’s unallocated shares on trust for the benefit of all employees. 

The YND Trustee holds it’s shares in a Discretionary Trust for the benefit of all present and future employee’s as an ever changing class of beneficiaries.

Employees who are part of the EOT, receive regular payments from the Trust based on their contribution to the business.

The YND Board includes Employee and Independent representation.

The YND Board is Bound by the YND Constitution. Robust and transparent corporate governance of the YND EOT is underpinned by ethical behaviours and business principles.

The YND Board is committed to creating long term value and sustainability for all stakeholders.
